I read Theology at Oxford University before converting to law at the College of Law in London. I have worked in City and West End firms my whole career and have acted for both individual lessees and corporate landlords and asset managers.
I advise on service charge matters, consultation notices and regularly give talks on these and related topics. On the enfranchisement side of my practice I act for individual lessees seeking lease extensions, as well as collective enfranchisement and Right to Manage. I also act for lessees in relation to purchases on the basis of their Rights of First Refusal. Over the years I have gained significant experience in the First Tier Tribunal.
On a personal note
I am a qualified gym instructor and teach a spin class twice a week. I love yoga, running and my new found passion is outdoor swimming at my local lido.
