Jonathan is a commercial/tech lawyer with extensive in-house experience in complex contracting, particularly in the Financial Services/Fintech, Retail, and Government/National Security sectors. His career has primarily focused on negotiating tech contracts, latterly using AI-led solutions, coupled with a strong foundation in corporate/M&A law gained from both UK and international roles. He has successfully negotiated high-value contracts, advised on data and technology laws, and managed complex legal structures (CoSec).
His key skills include drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements; managing corporate templates and policies, and risk management initiatives. He has worked on large-scale IT outsourcing projects and complex transactions and bids, delivering legal expertise that balances innovation, compliance, risk, and business needs.
