Mark Shulman has over 16 years of experience as a solicitor both in private practice and in house. He is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of residential property litigation in the County Court and First Tier Property Tribunal including money claims, residential possession claims, service charge challenges and leasehold disputes concerning breach of covenants. Mark has experience in the enforcement of money and possession claims. He has also litigated in the High Court and Court of Appeal. He offers clear and easy to understand advice and seeks to conduct his litigation in the most cost-effective way possible for the benefit of the client.
Before joining Solomon Taylor & Shaw, he was employed as the in-house residential property litigator for a property company which managed a large portfolio of properties for private landlords across London and Southern England.
