Natalie is a Licensed Conveyancer and joined Solomon Taylor & Shaw in March 2023 as an Enfranchisement Executive. She is assisting our Real Estate Dispute Resolution Team and our Real Estate Team.
Natalie deals primarily with enfranchisement matters such as lease extensions and collective enfranchisement within full compliance of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993. She also deals with enfranchisement of houses under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967.
Natalie has experience in dealing with rights of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 as well as assisting with Right to Manage claims.
Natalie can assist with the full life cycle of transactions, making the process more seamless.
