The application was swiftly approved, and all sponsored staff were updated to the new licence without having to submit new visa applications saving both time and money for the company.
Reunited a family under the Human Rights Act after the Home Office refused entry to a dependent child that had just turned 18 during a particularly lengthy consideration period. The matter was successfully challenged at appeal and the family now all have Indefinite Leave to Remain.
Within hours of being instructed, successfully prevented the imminent deportation (at the airport) of a foreign national that had lost his case at a court hearing due to important evidence not being presented at the hearing by his previous representatives.
